Step #1 - Read and Accept Terms and Conditions
| 1 | Real Estate Info World, Corporation, hereinafter referred to as Provider, provides real estate and foreclosure information via the Internet and makes every effort to secure and provide the best possible data for use on this service. However, Provider supplies this information without warranty, either expressed or implied, of its merchantability, fitness of purpose, accuracy or availability. Provider accepts no responsibility regarding the quality, suitability or availability of Subscriber's Internet access or computer equipment. |
| 2 | The initial term of this agreement shall be for twelve months from the date of acceptance of the terms and conditions and payment of the initial charges due. This agreement will automatically renew for subsequent terms of six months each unless canceled in writing prior to expiration. Early termination of this agreement shall require payment of a $250 contract termination fee. |
| 3 | By accepting these terms, Subscriber agrees that the fees for this service will automatically be charged to the Subscriber's credit card or deducted from their bank account in advance on a monthly basis, based on the information supplied at the time of registration. The first month's charge or debit will also include the initial activation fee in addition to the regular monthly fee. Subscribers will be charged an additional $25.00 fee for returned checks, and declined charge card and debit transactions. |
| 4 | During the term of this agreement, Provider will not increase the basic monthly service fees. If the regular fees are increased for new Subscribers, then current Subscribers will not be charged the increased fees until their next renewal. Posting of rate increases on the Internet web site shall constitute sufficient notice. |
| 5 | Any dispute regarding this agreement will be brought forth in Broward County, Florida. |
| 6 | Information supplied by Provider, whether electronically or in print, is protected by copyright and is exclusively for the personal use of its paid Subscribers. The information may not be transferred in bulk or resold. |
| 7 | The Subscriber agrees to refrain from providing their password to any third party or to allow, by any other means, any third party access to information provided by Provider to its Subscribers. The Subscriber acknowledges that they will be held liable for any unauthorized use they allow and that they will be charged and must pay for such use. |
| 8 | The individual accepting this agreement by signing it or clicking on the "accept" button online on behalf of the Subscriber hereby warrants that he or she is an officer, principal or individual duly authorized to enter into such agreements on behalf of the Subscriber. |
